Can you balance life whilst juggling work?
Olivia, I knew our situation wasn't anywhere near optimum, but oh what a difference! I'm no longer beating myself up about working commissions when I have to, and we're planning as a family for the first time since, well, since I remembered why I started on my own in the first place! Max Jarret, FR, 2007
Finding work-life balance in a frenetically-paced world is no simple task. Spend more time at work than at home in an effort to get on, but miss out on a rewarding personal life. Then again, if you face challenges in your personal life such as caring for aged parents or coping with marital or financial problems, concentrating on your job can be difficult.
Get a Grip Coaching - one session or a programme, whatever you like
Programme Details for your 3 session work life cluster
Sometimes clients have an array of issues they wish to tackle.
This might include their job or their finances, their lifestyle or their relationship. Sometimes it’s everything together, and more, because you have been so busy these last couple of years that somehow everything has got tangled up and nothing is working for you.
What we do is arrange a 1.5 hour session to look at your situation as a whole to clarify what is going on for you. Then, together, we construct a plan for how to proceed in getting your life back on track. The cost for this exploratory session is £120.

Whether the problem is too much focus on work or too little, when your work life and your personal life feel out of balance then stress, and its harmful effects, is the result.
Are you tired all the time? Your ability to think and your eye-hand coordination decrease when you are tired. You can’t believe you did that. You make mistakes. You wonder if you have Parkinson’s Disease.
You become completely forgetful, you forget important family events such as your child’s sports day, your Dad’s 60th. You lose things. Important things; documents, your phone, your address book, the presentation you are doing this afternoon for god’s sake.
No, these are not diseases, they are a sign of stress, most notably from overwork. It’s time to stop and take stock.
